Android apps with 30 million downloads contain Android SpinOk malware – delete them now

Following the discovery that over a hundred Android apps with a combined 400 million downloads actually contained the Malware SpinOksecurity researchers have now found that 92 other apps are also affected.

For the uninitiated, SpinOk is a spyware module distributed as a software development kit (SDK) for advertisers. First discovered since antivirus Creator Dr Webdevelopers unknowingly added it to their apps as a way to insert minigames that provide their users with minigames and “daily rewards” to get their attention.
